The Gold Coast Beach Houses were completely renovated twelve months ago to the point where the beach houses are virtually as brand new, although retaining their 1950's ambience with beautiful polished floors, corrugated iron roofs, louvre windows to take advantage of the cooling sea breezes, ceiling fans in each room etc.
This Gold Coast Beach House Accommodation has been brought up-to-date with new plumbing, wiring and switching throughout, full air conditioning in each house, and a designer furniture package in which no expense has been spared.
Furnishings consist of cane, timber and soft furnished lounges, dining room suites, coffee tables etc. and the new kitchens feature a new 2-door refrigerator, Fisher Paykel drawer style dishwasher, microwave, quality fully matched crockery, cutlery etc.
The living room fittings include flat screen 68cm TV with CD & DVD player, floor rugs etc. The front verandas have seating and occasional tables to facilitate outdoor entertaining. |
