Each house has a car parking space underneath and all of the grounds and gardens are fully landscaped and manicured to present beautifully.
There is a large BBQ Gazebo, which includes tables and chairs for outdoor dining and two automatic stainless steel electric BBQ's. There is also a paved area, which is ideal for functions for small groups with both lawn and tiled surface.
A laundry area with automatic washing machine and dryer for use by residents is provided under one of the buildings.
A pool was not included as it was felt that constant use by children would be disturbing to residents, particularly in view of the fact that directly across the street is the World's biggest swimming pool – namely the Pacific Ocean, with the flagged areas of Tugun beach and the adjoining Surf Club just across the road. |
